Description

The course will be held on 25/03

Maderotherapy uses natural wooden instruments to stimulate and treat different areas of the body, inducing a draining, reshaping and relaxing effect.

The first sessions already show improvement in terms of tone and reduction of swelling. This practice, which originated in South America (from the term “Madeira,” meaning wood), is widely adopted to treat cellulite, lymphatic problems, water retention, superficial and deep fat accumulation, and abdominal and leg swelling.

This massage technique acts noninvasively on the nervous system, generating psychophysical benefits beyond the treated areas. Wooden instruments allow the operator to apply pressure beyond manual skills, maximizing the beneficial impact on the recipient. Treatment often begins with a manual lymphatic drainage massage, preparing the body for maderotherapy.

Benefits of this technique include improvements in blood and lymphatic circulation, skin toning, firming effects, and reduction of leg swelling. It promotes elastin and collagen production, invigorates the nervous system, and contributes to improved muscle tone. It is effective in addressing anti-cellulite and reducing fat accumulation in various parts of the body, shaping the figure. It also helps with muscle tension, contractures, back problems such as lumbosciatica, and promotes mental and physical relaxation. It also strengthens the immune system and promotes tissue oxygenation.

At the end of the course, a professional training certificate attesting to the skills acquired is issued.

Upon completion of the course, a certificate of completion in accordance with RME and ASCA Foundation continuing education regulations can be obtained upon request. This certificate attests to the participant’s attendance in the professional development course, indicating the subject matter covered, the topics covered, and the number of hours attended.
