– Aromatizing environments by diffusion;
– Flavoring one’s own cream or oil (the amount should always be 2-3% max);
– Flavoring a scrub, made with Epsom Salt and Vegetable Oil
– Flavoring a foot bath (put a few drops on Epsom salt and then add the water for the foot bath
– never put essential oil in water)
– Aromatize a hot bath (put a few drops on Epsom salt and then add water for foot bath
– never put essential oil in water)
*Microcosm Essential Oils are all steam distilled, without the use of solvents or alcohol, so they are 100% pure. They can be used topically only when diluted in a carrier (oil, cream, mud, clays, masks); they do not dilute in water.
