The Lomi Lomi massage training course introduces you to a practice that goes beyond simple physical well-being, aiming to create harmony both within ourselves and with our surroundings.
Originating in Hawaii, Lomi Lomi massage is not just a set of body movements, but rather a means of achieving balance between body and mind, inspired by Eastern philosophies.

This massage, passed down for generations by experienced Hawaiian massage therapists known as “Ka Huna” or “keepers of the secret,” is also known as Lomi Lomi Nui in the Hawaiian language. Its mission is to regenerate the body and impart mental and physical well-being, seeking to restore harmony between body, mind and environment. According to tradition, Lomi Lomi massage aims to restore “mana,” the vital energy of the individual. In history, it was practiced during healing rites, religious ceremonies and times of transition, lasting hours and accompanied by dancing and singing.

Today, Lomi Lomi massage is also spreading to Europe and the Western world, finding application in the modern world. It is used to counteract stress, states of fiscal and mental undertone, emotional restlessness, muscle pain, and bodily stress.

Its benefits include relaxation, reduction of stress and worry, mental calm, and improved self-awareness. Physically, it can improve circulation, relieve muscle and joint pain, stimulate digestion and improve the functions of various body systems.

At the end of the course, a professional training certificate attesting to the skills acquired is issued.

Upon completion of the course, a certificate of completion in accordance with RME and ASCA Foundation continuing education regulations can be obtained upon request. This certificate attests to the participant’s attendance in the professional development course, indicating the subject matter covered, the topics covered, and the number of hours attended.
