It is extracted from the seeds of Linum usitassimum and is very rich, unlike other vegetable oils, in linoleic acid, the progenitor of omega 3. Flaxseed oil is useful for dry or scaly skin, stretch marks and psoriasis but also oily skin and acne.
It is famous for its use on the hair, which it nourishes and protects while giving it shine (gently pass a few drops of oil over the ends of the hair by rubbing gently). It is an oil that has an excellent antioxidant effect but, precisely because of its organoleptic characteristics that are useful in cosmetics, it easily goes rancid, so it should be stored as best as possible: away from light, heat sources and air (close the cap tightly after use).
Use on dry, scaly, oily skin, acne, psoriasis, eczema, stretch marks, scars in general, hair.
