1. Using the long-bristled side, apply the product starting from the beginning of the eyebrows toward the brow arch.
2. Using the short bristle side, apply product from the arch of the eyebrows toward the tail of the eyebrows.
Suggestions:
For more defined brows, fill in scattered areas of the brows with Certified Organic Brow Pencil before applying a coat of Brow Perfector for fullness.
