INGREDIENTS: Green tea, fennel, lemon balm leaves, nettle leaves, Moringa leaves, freeze-dried cherry, pineapple flakes.
Rich in Vitamins C,E,A, it helps digestion and relaxation of the abdomen for fluid elimination. It is good for water retention and as an antioxidant. Infusion 5-10 min. 90 degrees. Drink 1-2 cups daily, best consumed by 3 pm. Not recommended in the evening. Combine at least 30 minutes of walking a day.
