Get ready to immerse yourself in a journey of complete wellness, combining the power of nature and the age-old wisdom of gua-sha, all in your hands!
This training is dedicated to Gua Sha decontracting massage, an experience that goes beyond simple physical relief. This treatment aims to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders, arms, back, and lower back by releasing accumulated stress and cleansing the muscles of toxins. Decontracting massage offers a multitude of benefits, taking advantage of natural cosmetics and combining manual techniques, reflexology and Chinese medicine principles, all with the valuable and powerful help of Gua Sha.
Gua Sha, with its meaning of “rubbing” and “applying pressure-sliding,” awakens the body, increasing microcirculation and reducing muscle inflammation.
The training aims at learning a techinic treatment suitable for all levels of training by taking you on a discovery of Gua Sha, an art that releases tension, promotes well-being and unveils a treatment that combines tradition and innovation.
At the end of the course, a professional training certificate attesting to the skills acquired is issued.
Upon completion of the course, a certificate of completion in accordance with RME and ASCA Foundation continuing education regulations can be obtained upon request. This certificate attests to the participant’s attendance in the professional development course, indicating the subject matter covered, the topics covered, and the number of hours attended.
