– Orders placed on our site are for professional customers; we reserve the right to request documentation proving professional status;
– Product images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only;
– All purchase prices are in CHF and are exclusive of VAT ex our warehouse in Lugano;
– The retail prices mentioned in the price lists and online are recommended target prices and have no contractual value.
– We reserve the right to adjust buy and sell prices in case of market fluctuations without further notice.
– The VAT charged is 7.7 percent.

– To make a purchase, the customer must first proceed with the registration of their account.
– Once the shopping cart is loaded you can proceed to complete the order. Once sent this will be processed within a few hours of receipt (during weekday and staff working hours).
– Orders received outside standard hours or on holidays will be processed in the most shortest possible time. Processing and delivery times are approximate.
– In case of ordering, upon completion of the procedure, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The same does not constitute an acceptance of the offer by C.N.D. Estetik Sagl.
– All shipments are made directly from our warehouse in Lugano
– Any overdue product deliveries will be sent as soon as the goods are available again. In this case, C.N.D. Estetik reserves the right to make shipments partials;
– Deliveries are limited to the territory of Switzerland
– Delivery is subject to proper delivery by suppliers/manufacturers.
– Any delays due to these or to force majeure such as strikes, labor actions, riots, wars, natural disasters, or others, cannot be blamed on C.N.D. Estetik sagl. Therefore, no withdrawals or claims will be accepted,
– The customer is obligated to check packaging and contents within 48h of receipt. In the event that there are discrepancies or damage caused by the carrier is obliged to send e-mail communication with photographic documentation and written detail. Goods are photographed on departure to get feedback on what was shipped.
– For orders under CHF 200.00 (excluding VAT) and up to 31Kg in weight, a flat rate of CHF 12.00 (excluding VAT) will be charged for shipping and packaging for shipments within Switzerland.
– For orders under CHF 200.00 (excluding VAT) and over 31Kg in weight, a flat rate of CHF 35.00 (excluding VAT) will be charged for shipping and packaging for shipments within Switzerland.
– Orders over CHF 200.00 (excluding VAT) will be free of charge for shipments within Switzerland.
– For Ticino, the customer will be able to select free delivery, performed directly by C.N.D. Estetik Sagl in about 3-4 days after ordering.
– For large deliveries of furniture or other voluminous deliveries, shipping charges will be quoted as needed.
– For orders from new, unknown customers we require prepayment of the invoice before delivery.
– It is possible to make payments with:

– Invoices are issued when the order is shipped.
– Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date without discount.
– Any deductions not justified or agreed upon in advance will be charged.
– Interest in the amount of at least 5%, plus reminder fees, will be charged on invoices past due from the due date. In case of repeated late payment, the 30-day payment option will be suspended; the customer will be able to make purchases only with advance payments.
– Payment of the default rate does not relieve the contractual payment obligation.
– Any installment payments must be arranged in advance with C.N.D. Estetik Sagl and the first of the installments must be made upon confirmation of the order. Shipment of goods will not take place upon acknowledgement of installment collection.
– Goods supplied by us remain our property until they are paid for in full.
– Complaints must be reported in writing by e-mail within 2 working days after receipt of goods.
– Goods may be returned only with our express approval; goods returned without written approval from C.N.D. Estetik sagl will not be refunded.
– Products that have already been used, have opened or damaged packaging, or were not purchased from us, or were ordered especially for the customer, are never returnable.
– Consumables or hygiene and safety materials with opened packages cannot be returned.
– Products with original packaging in impeccable condition are refunded with a deduction of at least 10% of the purchase price.
– Return is always the responsibility of the customer
– For returned goods with a value of less than CHF 100.00 (excluding VAT), a shopping voucher of the same amount will be issued to be used for subsequent purchases;
– In the event of a shipping error, the customer will have to ship the wrong goods and C.N.D. Estetik sagl will send the correct shipment without additional shipping costs to the customer.
– Any refund or shopping voucher, will only be issued once the saleability status of the returned product has been established.
– Purchasing a collective training cost e\or private can be done directly from the website;
– The purchase of the course implies the obligation to pay the course fee;
– In case of cancellation of participation within 21 days of the course date, 70% of the course fee will be refunded; in case of cancellation of participation of less than 21 days, the course fee must be paid or will be retained in full.
– Failure to pay for the course and show up does not count as a cancellation.
– C.N.D. Estetik Sagl reserves the right to change the content, dates and locations of the courses; in case the number of participants is not reached (communicated within 7 days from the presumed date of the course) those who have purchased the course can decide whether to participate in another course, or wait for new date or have a refund through a voucher to be used on the website.
– Courses cannot be paid for beyond the date of the course itself.
– Our business activities are based exclusively on Swiss law.
– The place of jurisdiction is in Lugano.
